Organizational Chart
| School   Board | The   job of the school board is to support the district vision and goals set by   the SBDMT’s Campus Action Plan (CAP) for each school. The CAP will include   goals to improve the use technology at each campus. | 
| Superintendent | The   job of the superintendent is to oversee all aspects of the local educational   system. S/he presents the board with any purchase that may be necessary for   the educational development of the students, technology items included.  | 
| Deputy   Superintendent Assistant   Superintendent | These   two positions work in conjunction with the superintendent to make sure that   all the educational needs of our students are met for each campus. They serve   as a checks and balance, not as “yes” men or women. | 
| Director   of Finance | The   director of finance makes sure that we are able to purchase the equipment   that is necessary for each campus. All purchases must go through this   department for approval or rejection. This department makes sure that our   educational money is being spent wisely and as equitably as possible. | 
| Technology   Director | The   technology director is responsible for all the technology within the   district. He has assistants to help him take care of each campus. He is   responsible for the technological infrastructure of the district and for making   sure that the superintendent knows the needs and/or desires for upgrading   technology to meet the needs of the students.    If there are purchase needs, he has to report the needs to the finance   director for approval.  | 
| Four   Technology Assistants | Their   job is to take care of their assigned campus(es). To assist teachers and   students with technology problems and to fix computers and printers. They   replace the ink cartridges for the printers and they report any major issues   back to the technology director. | 
| Campus   Principal | The   campus principal is responsible for identifying the technology that is on   their campus. S/he reports any technology needs to the director of   technology. The principal ensures that the instructional staff is incorporating   technology into their lessons. S/he provides professional development   opportunities for staff to enhance their technology skills. S/he ensures that   the students have an established time for learning how to use technology   appropriately. | 
| Campus   SBDMT | The   Site Base Decision Making Team works to evaluate the goals of the campus and   ensure that the needs of the students are being met. The goals are written   into the Campus Action Plan. | 
| Teachers | Teachers   provide the SBDMT and the Principal with first-hand knowledge as to the needs   of the students. They are responsible for implementing technology into their   lessons and for providing the students with a set time for computer lessons. | 
| Parents | Parents   are part of the SBDMT. They are responsible for reinforcing the academics   that are being taught at school. This includes the use of technology. | 
| Community   Members | Community   members are part of the SBDMT. They can provide monetary assistance for the   purchase of technology needed for the district. Community members can provide   students with real world applications for the use of technology and can offer   students opportunities such as internships or on-the-job training. |
